Returns and Refunds


Refunds are credited in the original method of payment only. You may return unopened items within 5 days of purchase for a refund. All items must be returned unopened, in new condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. A refund will then be issued (minus shipping, 3% credit card processing fee, and 15% restocking fee) once the product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are

non-refundable.


Do not return items without authorization from Harvest Tech. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. After requesting a return by phone, or email, you will receive a confirmation email listing the item(s) that will be shipped back and other instructions for the return. Discounts based on quantity will be applied against any refunds.

Requirements:


● Products must be free of scratches, dents or cosmetic defects and must not have been used. ● Products must be in new, resalable condition, and in the original packaging. ● Return must include all paperwork, cords & accessories. ● Original shipping fees are not refunded except due to a shipping error, shipping damage or manufacturer defect. ● All sales are final on Discontinued and Closeout items. ● All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Damages must be

reported to Harvest Tech within 48 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Consider purchasing insurance for your return package with the carrier of your choice. Harvest Tech is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen return items.

Defective Products


Please contact us by phone or email if one of our products is not working properly. In the case a product is defective, we will exchange the product for a new one, issue a credit, or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the product. Defective products MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase. Warranty Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms. You may receive a refund, replacement or repair at the manufacturer's discretion. If the purchased product failsoutside of the 30 day defective return period, but within the manufacturer's warranty period, Harvest Tech will assist you with the manufacturer's warranty process.

Order Cancellation


Once an order has shipped, it is deemed fulfilled. An order is not considered canceled until notified verbally, or by email, that the shipment was prevented from being shipped. Special Order items are unable to be cancelled. All canceled orders are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund.
